Summit Hills has a new 24-bed skilled nursing center. This beautiful state-of-the-art facility offers catered living including rehabilitation care, IV therapy, post-surgical care, wound management and skilled nursing…all under the supervision of an on-site R.N. director seven days a week.

Connected to the main healthcare building our new skilled nursing facility will offer the following features...
